MyFP[](https://my-fp.com/), also known as Radio Fox ("we", "us", "our"), respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512. This policy outlines how we handle claims of copyright infringement on our Service, which is a directory providing links and embedded players to third-party internet radio streams.
We do not host, upload, or control the audio content streamed by radio stations. Any alleged infringement typically occurs on third-party sites we link to. Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we may remove or disable access to the specific link(s) or station listing(s) identified as infringing.

How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that a radio station listing or link on our Service infringes your copyright (or a copyright you are authorized to enforce), please send a written DMCA notice to our Designated Agent including all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature (or that of an authorized agent).
- A description of the copyrighted work(s) you claim has been infringed (e.g., specific song(s), artist name, radio program).
- A description of the allegedly infringing material and its location on our Service (provide the exact URL(s) of the station page or listing, e.g., https://my-fp.com/station/example-radio).
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Incomplete or non-compliant notices may not be processed.
What We Do Upon Receiving a Valid Notice
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Expeditiously remove or disable access to the identified material (e.g., delist the radio station or disable the embedded player/link).
- Notify the submitter (station owner/user) of the action taken.
- Take reasonable steps to prevent repeat infringement by the same party if applicable.
Counter-Notice Procedure
If your station listing was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe it was removed in error (e.g., fair use or misidentification), you may send a counter-notice to our Designated Agent including:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material removed and its previous location (URL).
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of Federal District Court for the district where your address is located (or U.S. if outside the U.S.), and agreeing to accept service of process from the person who provided the original notice.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material after 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.
Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate or disable access for users or station submitters who are repeat infringers (those who have multiple valid DMCA notices against their submissions). We comply with the DMCA's repeat infringer policy requirements.
